Cancellation Policy
Welcome to Oar Else Rentals. Our goal is to provide clean, safe, and dependable drift boats for your next adventure. By renting from Oar Else Rentals, you agree to the following policies. Rental Requirements • Renters must be 18 years of age or older with a valid government-issued photo ID. • The individual signing the rental agreement is responsible for the boat and all equipment during the rental period. • A valid credit card may be required for the security deposit. Rental Period • Standard rental period is 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM on the agreed return date unless otherwise arranged. • Late returns may incur an additional rental day charge. Security Deposit A refundable security deposit may be required and will be refunded after inspection, less any applicable charges. Boat Care Operate the boat safely, follow all Wyoming boating and fishing regulations, avoid dragging the boat over abrasive surfaces, and secure it whenever unattended. Damage & Loss The renter is financially responsible for damage, lost or stolen equipment, negligence, recovery costs, and the full replacement cost if the boat is not returned or is damaged beyond repair. Equipment Included Drift boat, oars, anchor and rope, personal flotation devices (PFDs), and any additional equipment listed on the rental checklist. Safety Life jackets must be available for every occupant. Operating under the influence of alcohol or drugs is prohibited. Weather Renters are responsible for monitoring weather and river conditions. No refunds will be issued due to weather once the rental has begun. Cancellation Policy • 7+ days before rental: Full refund. • Less than 7 days: May be subject to a cancellation fee. • No-shows are non-refundable. Liability The renter assumes all risks associated with boating and agrees to hold Oar Else Rentals LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from claims, injuries, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the rental or use of the equipment, except where prohibited by law. Clean Return Return the boat free of trash, reasonably clean, and with all included equipment. Excessive cleaning may result in an additional fee.
