RENTAL TERMS
This agreement is entered into between OAR ELSE RENTALS (“Company”) and the undersigned renter (“Renter”).
Rental period is for one (1) day from 12:00 AM to 12:00 AM unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Rental Rate: $150.00 per day
The Renter agrees to return the drift boat and all included equipment in the same condition it was received, excluding
normal wear and tear.

LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Renter understands and agrees that operating and occupying a drift boat involves inherent risks including, but not
limited to drowning, slipping or falling, collisions, river hazards, bodily injury, death, and property damage.
The Renter accepts full responsibility and liability for all persons occupying or using the boat during the rental period.

OAR ELSE RENTALS:
• DOES NOT provide insurance coverage of any kind.
• IS NOT responsible for accidents, injuries, death, lost property, or damages occurring on the river or during
transport/use of the boat.
• SHALL NOT be liable for any claims, lawsuits, medical expenses, damages, or losses resulting from use of the
rental equipment.
The Renter assumes all risk associated with use of the boat and agrees to release and hold harmless OAR ELSE
RENTALS from any and all liability.

DAMAGE, LOSS, & FAILURE TO RETURN
The Renter agrees to pay for any damage caused to the drift boat, trailer, oars, anchors, seats, or included equipment
during the rental period.
If the boat is lost, stolen, destroyed, or not returned, the Renter agrees to pay the FULL REPLACEMENT VALUE of
the boat and equipment.

INDEMNIFICATION
The Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless OAR ELSE RENTALS from any claims, damages, attorney fees,
or legal actions arising from the use or misuse of the rental equipment.

SAFETY REQUIREMENTS
The Renter acknowledges:
• They are responsible for complying with all Wyoming boating and fishing laws.
• They are responsible for providing and wearing proper safety equipment, including life jackets.
• They are competent to safely operate the boat.
